"Four seasons" is merely a place to put it in, but I love conceptually for Druids. The Druid's abilities are broken down they fall into 4 distinct types: Earth, Storm, Wolf and Bear. The ability you choose to use gives you an Season boost for (say) 5 seconds . It will refreshes when you use any other ability in the same category. The buffs from the same category are cumulative, however you are limited to one season buff at any time in any combination. New casts can replace the previous buffs once the buff cap has been exceeded.
The buffs could look similar to:
Earth gives an X% chance per stack of a crushing the attack.
Storm: Gives X% per stack resist all elemental damage.
Wolf gives X% of the speed of attack on the stack and speed of movement.
Bear: Provides +X percent armor for each stack.
This gives you a couple of options that I believe could be beneficial to Druids. The Spell as well as Shape Shift abilities with DPS and Defense buffs can allow druids to enjoy their own "seamless shift" combination. This also allows Shape Shifting a little more impact. Even if your werebear appearance fades after three seconds, you will still feel the strength that the animal has. This creates a myriad of types of builds that are able to focus on the buffs you wish to concentrate on.
Storm-Bear pure tank? Earth-Bear Slowly attacking Bruiser? Pure-Wolf for mad dashing and slash? How about adjusting to the needs of this moment? You race around like an elk, balancing your + resist and attack speed, and you are taken to the Harem of Rakanishu where wives of Rakanishu wait to kill you by slashing their charge bolts when you struck proc. You suddenly want to begin blasting your Storm spells rather than the wolf to ward off that lightning better and activate it less frequently.
I'm not sure. A thought I had to present them with something unique just like the rest of us. There, buy & sell Diablo 2 Resurrected Ladder Items & Diablo 4 Gold cheap & fast on p2pah.com, go to join now.
